I grew up in an entrepreneurial family in a small town in Northern Bavaria, Germany. Throughout my studies and career, I have been fortunate to live in the United States, Italy, and Switzerland for over thirteen years. Today, I am based out of beautiful Munich in Germany, and work with clients globally – in person and/or remotely. Please find below a summary of my professional and academic background.

15+ years of management consulting and executive coaching experience

in Western Europe and USA with a focus on business transformation and strategic business development for multi-channel consumer goods companies
  • Advisor for C Suite- / senior management executives of small / medium-sized companies (annual revenue €40 million to €850 million)

  • Leadership / coordination across clients’ country organizations, functions, and hierarchies, aligned with objectives of owners (family or Private Equity investors)

  • Independent consultant / coach since 2007; 5 years prior consulting experience with “Towers Perrin” Strategy Unit (1999-2001) + “KMC Management Consultants” (2002-2005)

Over the past 20+ years, I have had the privilege to work with impressive individuals and teams across the globe, as a start-up entrepreneur, strategy consultant, executive coach, and business mediator. I combine the analytical and strategic skills from my management consulting experience with the pragmatism and humbleness from my start-up years. By nature, I am an unbeatable optimist (there is always a plan B!) with a never-ending curiosity for people, their stories, and ideas. I owe my great sense of humour and strong nerves to my amazing husband and kids who are (most of the time) my greatest source of happiness.

Dabei kombiniere ich die analytischen und strategischen Fähigkeiten aus meiner Erfahrung in der Unternehmensberatung mit dem Pragmatismus und der Bescheidenheit aus meiner Zeit als Start-Up Unternehmerin.  Von Natur aus bin ich eine unschlagbare Optimistin mit einer ehrlichen Neugier für Menschen, ihren Geschichten und Ideen.
